1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jii1 ("jii1", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jii1.net. These Terms govern your access to and use of the jii1 website, mobile-optimised platform, games, promotions, wallet, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the jii1 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Acceptance also extends to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of your agreement with jii1.

If you are accessing the jii1 Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jii1 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an active jii1 account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines in accordance with PAGCOR regulations, and jii1 strictly enforces this requirement at the point of registration and at any subsequent verification stage.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary for any other person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a jii1 account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of jii1 or any of its affiliated entities or service providers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order that covers online gaming activity.

jii1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jii1 account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jii1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jii1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

3.4 Unauthorised Access

You must notify jii1 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. jii1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using the jii1 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using any software, robot, spider, scraper, or automated tool to access, monitor, or interact with the jii1 Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction after gameplay has occurred using those funds.
• Impersonating any jii1 employee, agent, or any other person or entity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jii1 support staff or other players.
• Exploiting promotions or bonuses in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to abuse bonus terms.

jii1 employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering monitoring systems. All transactions on the Platform are subject to review. jii1 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation of illegal activity.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

jii1 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified:

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your jii1 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. jii1 targets a processing time of 1–3 business days for standard withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. jii1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.

5.4 Currency

The jii1 Platform operates natively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, game results, bonus amounts, and transaction records are displayed in PHP. Players depositing via USDT will have amounts converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jii1 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and other conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all jii1 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by account level, payment method, or geographic location within the Philippines.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each offer's terms.

7 Gaming Rules & Platform Integrity

All games available on the jii1 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following platform-wide rules apply to all gaming activity:

7.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on the jii1 Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical events in a live studio environment. jii1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game round in progress, jii1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. jii1 is not liable for losses resulting from network disconnections on the player's side during a game session.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Each game on the jii1 Platform has minimum and maximum wager limits displayed within the game interface. These limits are set by the game provider and may vary. jii1 reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

jii1 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jii1 Platform — including but not limited to the jii1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of jii1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jii1 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any jii1 content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of jii1's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jii1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jii1 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical faults not caused by jii1's systems
• Interruptions to service caused by telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers

jii1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jii1 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jii1 collects, stores, and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with jii1, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jii1 includes registration information, transaction records, gameplay data, device and browser information, and communication records. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

jii1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to pass identity, age, or source-of-funds verification
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed without valid justification
• Continued activity following a player's own self-exclusion request
• Any other conduct that jii1 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations

You may voluntarily close your jii1 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be settled and any outstanding withdrawals processed in accordance with standard procedures. Voluntary closure does not affect jii1's right to retain records as required by law.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute arising from your use of the jii1 Platform, you must first contact jii1's support team at [email protected] and allow jii1 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter — typically within 14 business days of receiving your complaint in writing. jii1 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process.

13.3 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jii1 reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — jii1 will provide advance notice via your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jii1 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
